A quiet genius and the youngest of the four original Shitennou, Jae is perhaps the most clever. He is calm and relaxed, never rushing anything he does, whether it's a battle or his cooking. His many talents include inventing new weapons and gadgets, computer hacking, and composing music. He has a keen ear for music and plays a wide range of instruments from electric guitar to trumpet to piano. Jae is also fond of food and an excellent chef, rivaling the skills of Sailor Jupiter.

In battle, Jae remains calm and observes his targets from a distance, looking for ways to outsmart them. He prefers to use his head to take out communications and supply routes with his hacking abilities. Like the others, he has been trained to use the paired samurai swords, although he prefers the use of a bow and arrows to disable enemies from a distance. He is an excellent shot and rarely misses.
